When doing the exercises clench the muscles that you would use to stop yourself weeing yourself.
That is the best way to describe the muscles meant.
Clench them after breathing in and relax them after breathing out.
Those muscles are the core muscles, so I hae been told and give you more stability if you can keep them strong.
I noticed that after doing some exercises like this, I definitely felt more stable.
This technique is part of Pilates I believe.
Give it a go, you have nothing to lose and you wont wet yourself.
Good luck.
Gil.

That's a good one for stability Gil, and if it helps keep pelvic floor muscles strong then I'm all for it
(errr... I haven't experienced any little problems with waterworks, but it does bring a whole new meaning to a diddle...) ;haha;
